The month of May was a whirl wind for Heinz and I with the majority of it spent in Europe on our trip to France and Switzerland. With travel being the main focus during May, there was also other little random things that made it a special month.

Summer isn't complete without a popsicle here and there.
June has been such a fun month. First of all, I ran the Wahsatch Steeplechase trail race this month and feel super pumped for accomplishing this goal. The race started from Memory Grove Park in SLC and lead to the top of Black Mountain then looped back down City Creek Canyon, which totaled near 17 miles. It was a great challenge and something that I plan to keep on doing. This whole running on trails and up mountains is awesome!
With a great friend in town, some awesome hiking, and a trail race under my belt, it has been a great start to the summer.
