What I've Been Grubbin' Lately

These are the goods. Super quick to make, healthy, and SO GOOD - for reals. It took three tries to get these babies right, but it was all worth it. The first batch was too dry, the second batch was too gooey, but the third batch was just right. Is this sounding like a fairy tale? ;) Anyway, if you can see the nutrition stats for each muffin (100 calories / 2g fat / 10g carbs / 12g protein) they are SWEET, literally and won't break the belt (ha ha). Yeah, high-fives.
