When I think of Paris, one of the first things that comes to mind is the Eiffel Tower. It's really a
no-brainer don't you think?
With it's unusual structure and unwavering physique, the Eiffel Tower has become a symbol for the city of lights. Reaching towards the stars at nearly 1,000 feet tall, you are given amazing views of Paris and such places as Champ de Mars, which is a huge open park that stretches from the Seine River to École Militaire. Here you will find many sections of nicely landscaped grasslands, rows and rows of trees (which I bet are gorgeous in the Spring and Fall), flower gardens (obviously not in bloom during January, but you can imagine), and amazing views of the Eiffel Tower.
Even with the stormy, COLD weather, seeing Paris from the top of the this iconic landmark was an amazing site to see.
Until next time,
