Mill B Pass from Neffs Canyon

Looking down Neffs Canyon from Mill B Pass

Heinz and I hiked our way up to Mill B Pass from Neffs Canyon. Neffs Canyon is the west facing bowl that sits directly above Olympus Cove. This is a dog friendly canyon, so you will see many dogs off leash, scrambling up the trail.

Mill B Pass looking into Big Cottonwood

Neffs offers a multitude of shade and has some of the greenest vegetation. Most people hike to the meadow and turn around, but the view gets better the further you climb. If you continue on to the pass, you will be rewarded with a great view of Big Cottonwood Canyon and have access to Wildcat Ridge, Mount Raymond, and Mount Olympus if you dare.

Looking down Neffs. It's so clear that you can see Antelope Island!

After we got to the pass, we ran up one of the small peaks to get a different view. It was chilly enough to see your breath. Brrr.

Well, I hope everyone who celebrates Father's Day is enjoying their day. A special love you and Happy Father's Day to my dad. Hope it's a good one.

Until next time,
Happy Trekkin'.
