Flour-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

I haven't done a recipe in a while and when I found this flour-free pb cookie recipe, I couldn't wait to make them.

First off, these cookies from start to finish take 20 minutes. Come on, 20 minutes for cookies? Second, they only have 5 ingredients in them. That's right, only 5. We're talkin, white sugar, brown sugar, an egg, vanilla extra, & peanut butter of course. These cooks are super easy and so yummy, its hard to have just one.

As you can see, my frosting design making skills need serious help. Oh well, they taste great no matter how they look.

I added my own little touch of *chocolate frosting because who doesn't love peanut butter and chocolate? You're lying if you say that you hate it:) Ha,ha - but seriously, it is the best and one of Heinz's fave!

I definitely love these way more than regular peanut butter cookies because they just pack in so much flavor without the flour. Try 'em out for your sweet tooth fix.

*I just did a basic chocolate frosting with a little butter, coco, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, & a touch of milk.
