Yah, so I have really been slacking lately, you could probably hear crickets chirping if you listened real close. I have to admit that I have been totally slacking on the clean eating, the recipe making, the workouts, the fam., the friends, the blog snarf, and basically everything in between. BOO me.
This wedding planning has taken over my life. I have been letting it take over my every waking (and dreaming) thought. It is pure craziness. I don’t know how anyone can plan an actual traditional wedding with all the bells and whistles. I mean, Heinz & I are just planning something very, very small for our wedding and I’m still having meltdowns. I guess that’s why there are wedding planners, eh.
Anyway, this month has been overwhelming to say the least. From getting engaged, to playing around in Jackson Hole, to getting sick, to celebrating my bday, to having *wedding related bursts of crying all while trying to schedule and meet with people for our wedding. Whew. I guess this is sounding a bit dramatic and it is. I hate when little life changes happen and totally derail the routine I was in. Double BOO! That being said…….
It’s time to start fresh and give this wedding stuff a rest. In honor of my 29th birthday, I will be embarking on a 29 day re-boot to help me get my booty back in gear.
For the next 29 days I will be eating CLEAN, meaning tons of veggies, fruits, whole grains, balanced small meals, ya know the good stuff and steering clear from the weight busters like chips (my fav) and junk like that. I will also be in full force with my BFL program and hitting the gym and lifting those weights!
