All of you gym goers out there, have you ever been
working out and noticed a person just yakkin away on the phone?
Today at the gym, I happened to notice a man that
was obnoxiously loud on his cell phone
for the entire 45 minutes that he was walking on the treadmill.
I mean this guy wasn't even breaking a sweat.
I laughed to myself thinking,
why would someone spend the time
to come to the gym and not workout?
I know, I know, I am judging, but come on.
Put down the phone! It won't kill you.
Unless there is an emergency,
I think it's safe to put down the phone
for a 45-60 minute workout. What do you think?
